Description
The ability to subscribe to a topic by email was recently added. See #1366.
Could we add a user subscription page with a list of subscriptions and unsubscribe links at a location like profile/username/subscriptions?

Could go into 1.1. We should show user's subscriptions as we show the favorites. This is already there in the bbPress plugin.

So this ticket was in relation to bbPress Standalone version, #1366 was all about the bbPress Plugin, hence the Version/Milestone changes, plus I thought it was a suggestion to move the subscriptions from the main profile onto a seperate page? -- Apparently not?!

I've added a forum subscriptions UI in 1471-1.diff.
- the UI is in user profiles and allows users to view their subscriptions
- includes remove links for each subscriptions and a unsubscribe all link
- adds a link to the page from the profile menu and from the notice that appears when a new subscription is made
- the UI is limited to 250 subscriptions as discussed with @johnjamesjacoby (props for reviewing some of my code to j-trip)

Another thought, could there be an 'unsubscribe from all' link too?
