Who doesn't like statistics? :P

For this, we can simply have a page template and display out some statistics like the ones displayed here.

Ps. bbPress.org etc have approx. 2 million registered users. :O :P

Attached a patch. Note: I tried limitting the number of topics in popular topics section but couldn't.
