Description

The bbPress plugin should look for theme support and only load up what the theme can actually do.

This is going to take more engineering than I originally thought, and isn't necessary for a first release.

After further thought, this seems to be irrelevant. If the plugin is active, it provides functionality. If the theme supports it, it will work; if it doesn't, it won't. Feel free to reopen if there's a compelling reason to pursue this further.
