Description

Existing bbPress (stand-alone) includes the ability to subscribe to a topic and be notified of replies to it. This should also be in the bbPress plugin for WordPress.

Much of the code can be taken from bbPress trunk and applied to work with the topic/reply custom-post-type instead.
