options-install.php: 

'This value should exactly match the <strong>WordPress address (URL)</strong> in your WordPress general settings.'
'This value should exactly match the <strong>Blog address (URL)</strong> in your WordPress general settings.'

options-wordpress.php: 

'This value should exactly match the <strong>WordPress address (URL)</strong> setting in your WordPress general settings.'
'This value should exactly match the <strong>Blog address (URL)</strong> setting in your WordPress general settings.'
