Way to lock forums by user level

Description

I'd love a feature to lock bbpress (either the whole board or a specific forum) from a certain user level (IE, Guests, Contributors) or grant a specific user level access. Looking at the code, it's possible to do with a plugin, but it would be nice to see this make it into the core.

i have been working on this one to make this a plugin.

do you guys think it should be in the core.. remember its not just this functionality but also #515 and #155
