Help on Forum Settings missing items

Description

On the help screen on the main forum settings page, it seems that a few of the newly added settings didn't make it.

Revisions, Default user role, and auto role are missing from the main settings help. Revisions might of been intentional since that is self explanatory, but I think default user role and auto role should have some good description for users looking to understand what exactly they do.

I'll likely be rejigging some of these for 2.3, and hiding the non-essential settings and aiming for smarter defaults where it's possible.

Patches welcome to fix up the obvious bits. (Don't forget to column align everything. :))

I'd be more than happy to make a patch, but it probably be best if you provided me some copy. I honestly have no idea how to explain the role related options.
