Add new widget options to use either date format on either widget for layout consistency.

Add new widget options to include/exclude username on either widget for layout consistency.

• Recent Replies widget now uses bbp_get_time_since() for date/time to make consistent with most other dates in bbPress
• Both widgets have author display option/toggle

(In [4124]) Topic and Reply Widgets:

• Add 'show_user' option, to toggle display of user and Avatar.
• Update reply widget to use time_since.
