Description

By default WordPress uses the 'Subscriber' role as the default role (/wp-admin/options-general.php) for new users, unless this is changed before importing users will be given the 'Subscriber' role rather than 'Forum Participant' role.

Seeing as the 'Subscriber' & 'Forum Participant' roles have the same permissions this is null & void ;)
