On installation, show database host field by default

Description

Currently, when you are going through installation process, input field for database host is hidden by default. Many hosters now don't use localhost as this address and this was  addressed in WordPress too.

This patch moves db host input field so that is always shown.

I agree with this one. I never thought of this as an "advanced" database setting. Anyone disagree that this should be shown all the time, rather than hidden.

+1 Didn't realize it wasn't there. It must be shown else users may turn away from bbPress as hosting like Godaddy don't use localhost as hostname.
