Create WordPress plugin for integration

Description

There is a need to create a WordPress plugin to be able to sync cookies and user roles completely with WordPress.

The main blocker is the fact that WordPress currently can't set admin cookies for bbPress. But while we are at it we may as well make a full plugin to ease integration.
