Description
You can't change your email address in your profile. Or rather, you can go in, change it, click save and then it reverts right back to the old one. Which is a bother. I can go in via PHP and change it, but it sucks for my users.

Works for me in trunk, reopen if it is 0.9

I just noticed regular users cannot change email either on my 0.9 branch install. Only admin can. It's definitely a bug.
Doesn't work in trunk either, only admin can edit email, regular users, mods, cannot change email.
Doesn't work on bbpress.org or wordpress.org either which is strange.

Sorry, it fails on .9 and 1.0alpha2 - I'm an admin on 1.0alpha2 and it won't let me change unless I go in to the SQL db.
